India will be the youngest democracy in the world by 2025. However, for it to become the most developed country and a super power by that time, it is imperative that this democratic dividend (the young generation of our country) is geared up in the right direction with technical skills, the right attitude and most importantly, values, all bundled with self-confidence. The youth should have the courage to pursue their dreams without the fear of failure.
We are living in an era where the youth are deeply influenced by technology, various media’s and western culture with tempting distractions leading to lack of focus. They are carried away by lot of influential factors for choice and they need to be facilitated to make the right choice of profession/ career, based on their interest, aptitude and market opportunities.

The concept of economic emancipation as envisaged by us is not merely raising the per capita income. People must be made to stand on their own legs by making them owners-owners-entrepreneurs, ensure a decent standard of living by dignified and meaningful employment. This is done through capacity building, promoting small businesses etc.
